AAT has been named in The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations to Work For in 2019 list.

The Sunday Times lists the 100 not-for-profit companies with the highest scores for workplace engagement among employees, on a yearly basis. The survey gauges employee views about aspects of their organisation, including leadership, wellbeing and how much opportunity for personal growth they are given, each of which have a statistically proven link with engagement.

AAT was named at number 83 and also given a ‘Ones to Watch’ accreditation, a special status awarded to organisations where workplace engagement shows promising signs for the future.

Mark Farrar, AAT Chief Executive said:

We’re very pleased and proud to have been named one of the best not-for-profit organisations in the country. We’re always looking at ways to make AAT a great place to work and to boost engagement with all our employees. Being included in this list shows that we’re succeeding.

Credit must also go to all our employees for their hard work and for contributing to the positive environment which has enabled us to make the top 100 list.

Jonathan Austin, Founder and CEO of Best Companies Ltd. said:

I would like to congratulate AAT on their achievement of a Ones to Watch Accreditation status and being named as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work for. Best Companies have been producing the Accreditation standard since 2006 to acknowledge excellence in the workplace. We are proud that organisations like AAT focus on their employees and have been rewarded with an engaged workforce who tell us that they’re a best company to work for.

This is the third time that AAT has been named in the top 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations category.
