Jannine Edgar joins AAT as Director of Finance and Operations

AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) has appointed Jannine Edgar as its new Director of Finance and Operations. Jannine joined the organisation at the beginning of October. 

Jannine joins AAT from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), where she spent the past two years as Chief Operating Officer holding responsibility for a broad range of organisational functions, including finance, procurement, ICT and change management. Prior to this, Jannine worked for 18 years in a variety of international roles at the Linde Group, including as Head of Business Support where she led a restructure, helping contribute to profit improvements of 10%. 

In her new role, Jannine will take overall responsibility for finance, ICT, customer service, facilities and procurement management functions at AAT.

Jannine has a wealth of expertise in operations and finance, having worked in a variety of businesses both in the UK and abroad. She has been heavily influential in improving business strategy in her previous roles, and we have no doubt she will prove a fantastic asset to AAT.   

Jannine holds an MBA from Cranfield University and originally trained as a Chartered Accountant.
