Making flexible working the default

AAT fully supports government proposals to increase flexible working opportunities across the British economy but remains unconvinced that these proposals are sufficient to deliver the necessary increase in flexible working that would achieve a substantially more inclusive and productive workforce with greater levels of wellbeing.
