As a Learning Advisor, you will support, motivate, and coach learners throughout their apprenticeship programme. Your goal is to ensure learners’ occupational competency and timely completion of all programme components in accordance with awarding organisations, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements. You will monitor and review learners’ progress, provide programme and learning advice, and ensure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelines.
Supporting an average caseload of 45 learners to provide end to end programme support. You will hold monthly 1:1's and quarterly progress reviews to coach learners throughout their programmes. You will also work with our functional skills delivery partner, to track progress, along with the wider Accountancy delivery team.
