We aim to make as easy to use as possible and accessible for all users. As our users access the site on different devices and browsers, we analyse this data to help us provide the right level of support.

What do we mean by 'support'?

In simple terms, support means making sure displays correctly and key services work. Our rule is that we support the last three versions of web browser.

Not all browsers render web pages in the same way; often there is a difference between browsers in the way that they handle a site’s design, layout and code. Third party applications, such as advertisement blockers, can affect the use of our site.

Minimum system requirements - Sample assessments

AAT sample assessments have certain minimum requirements, as with live assessments. These can be found in our Troubleshooting Guide for Accessing Sample Assessments.

Using devices that don't meet the minimum specifications may cause problems displaying information or completing the assessment.

Clearing cache and cookies

If you're having difficulty using your web browser or viewing a page, try to clear the browser's cache. If that doesn't fix the problem, try to clear the browser's cookies. It can take several minutes for the cache history to be deleted.
