In this dynamic panel discussion, we explore how AAT is evolving to support the whole professional journey: from the first steps into learning, through membership and CPD, to lifelong career progression. Grounded in our strategy to 2030, this session looks beyond education to consider how AAT is responding to shifting employer expectations, rapid technological change, new ways of working and the increasing demand for adaptable, future‑ready professionals.
Designed specifically for Training Providers, this conversation reframes your role as more than delivery partners – positioning you as essential contributors to a wider, interconnected professional ecosystem. Panellists will discuss how education, membership and CPD are becoming more integrated, how skills development is expanding beyond technical competence, and how we are supporting our members to thrive at every stage of their careers.
This session is about momentum, opportunity and partnership – and how, together, we can shape a profession that is relevant, resilient and ready for whatever comes next.
