When advertising your vacancies on job sites such as Monster, Reed and Totaljobs, make it clear you want someone AAT qualified.

State that you are looking for applicants with AAT Qualifications - either fully or part qualified.

Many AAT Approved training providers can help you to recruit AAT students. Local training providers have a wealth of experience and work to maintain a close relationships with businesses in the area.

Share vacancies on AAT social media

With a combined 142,000 followers, the AAT official Facebook pages are great places to reach AAT students and members and gain maximum exposure for your positions.

We've also got two dedicated Twitter accounts with just under 40,000 followers between them.

  • @StudyAAT is for prospective students - great for targeting school leavers and apprentices.
  • @YourAAT is for AAT students and members - great if you're looking for someone part or fully qualified.
