Professional Standards Manager (Maternity Cover)

Department: Strategy and Professional Standards

Brief overview of role: As the Professional Standards Manager at AAT, you will be responsible for the management of the Professional Standards team, ensuring the effective operation of the team’s caseload working within our compliance framework, practice assurance function, and also providing guidance on anti-money laundering and ethical queries. The role requires the ability to liaise with AAT’s legal advisors and lead in the preparation of cases for the disciplinary tribunal within the appropriate time frames. You will also take responsibility for preparing and monitoring the Professional Standards budget, and deliver case reports and papers to boards and committees, including identification of risks and analysis of trends.

Assistant Product Manager (Commercial)

AX Systems Support Analyst

Brief overview of role: As AX Systems Support Analyst at AAT you will be a vital part of the IT function providing essential support for AAT's implementation of Dynamics AX. Personal Assistant to Chief Customer Services Officer

Brief overview of role: As the PA to the Chief Customer Services Officer at AAT, you will provide support across all the areas that the Chief Officer is responsible for, including diary management, arranging and coordinating meetings and events and the management of AAT Board, and Council meeting activities. The role will also require you to draft standard Board and Council papers as appropriate. You will be responsible for managing the Chief Officer’s budget setting and quarterly review process, as well as coordinating the divisional budget activities. There will be opportunities to initiate project work and lead on or be part of relevant projects, and to monitor and evaluate the project deliverables. There will also be a need to undertake desk research and analyse data to prepare reports and documents as required.
