Customer Support Advisor - Individuals (FTC)

Brief overview of role: As a Customer Support Advisor in AAT’s busy contact centre, you will be the first point of resolution for all membership journey related telephone, email and live chat enquiries. You will provide them with advice and guidance on next steps while developing and maintaining excellent communications with other teams and divisions across the business to ensure a coordinated approach to all AAT activities.

Brief overview of role: As the Public Relations Manager at AAT, you will be responsible for the management of the Public Relations team, ensuring the effective development and delivery of AAT’s media and public relations strategies. The PR Manager is expected to build a strong reputation for AAT through a programme of public relations activities.
