Mark Farrar joined the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) on 31 March 2014. Reporting to AAT’s President and Council, Mark leads the executive team and is accountable for formulating strategic direction and business plans. He has overall accountability for performance against agreed objectives and risk management across the organisation
Tracy Allison was appointed as AAT’s Chief Customer Services Officer in January 2016. She is responsible for: managing the end-to-end customer services and operations delivery, developing and implementing strategies to enhance business processes, the end to end delivery of customer relationships and providing support to training providers and employers in delivering business to business services.
Jannine Edgar joined AAT in October 2018 as Director of Finance and Operations. A Chartered Accountant by training, Jannine holds an MBA and has a wide range of finance, operational and change management experience gained in various businesses both in the UK and internationally. She has overall responsibility for AAT’s finance, ICT, customer service, facilities and procurement management functions.
Adam Harper has been Director of Strategy and Professional Standards since January 2016. His main responsibilities include: the coordination and management of the AAT corporate strategy and business plan; leading the professional body standards, policies and compliance function; managing the definition of the objectives, priorities & targets for raising AATs profile (policy lobbying / review & consultations) to maintain the quality and status of AAT membership; and to represent views of the membership working in/and on behalf of UK business.
Olivia Hill was appointed to the role of Director of Human Resources in November 2020. She has worked for AAT since 2008 and is responsible for our Reward and Benefits strategy, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Recruitment and Retention.
Suzie Webb has been Director of Education and Development at AAT since September 2011. Suzie leads the strategic development of AAT qualifications both in the UK and internationally, including expansion and delivery of AAT’s qualification portfolio and the further development of its online assessments and e-learning tools.
Andrew Williamson has been Director of Marketing and Commercial at AAT since August 2008. He is responsible for strategic marketing and brand development activities in four key areas of work: markets and products; communications; digital delivery and business development including international markets.
