Mark Farrar

Chief Executive

Mark Farrar joined the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) as the new Chief Executive on 31 March 2014. 

Rob Williams

Director of Finance

Rob Williams has been Director of Finance at the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) since October 2013. Rob is responsible for Financial, Facilities, and Procurement management at AAT.

Suzie Webb

Director of Education

Suzie Webb has been Director of Education at AAT since September 2011. Suzie leads the strategic development of AAT qualifications both in the UK and internationally, including expansion and delivery of AAT’s qualification portfolio and the further development of its online assessments and e-learning tools.

Adam Harper

Director of Professional Development

Adam Harper has been Director of Professional Development at AAT since February 2005. His main responsibilities are to oversee the development of services and support for members; to maintain the quality and status of AAT membership; and to represent views of the membership working in/and on behalf of UK business.

Andrew Williamson

Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy

Andrew Williamson has been Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy at AAT since August 2008. He is responsible for strategic marketing and brand development activities. This falls under five key areas of work: web; brand communications; brand strategy; public relations and business development.

Gary Burbidge

Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Gary Burbidge was appointed as AAT’s Chief Information Officer in October 2013. Gary has worked for AAT for 31 years having held the post of Head of ICT since 2006. He is responsible for three key areas: AAT’s ICT infrastructure, the future development of the CRM database and ICT security and compliance.

Olivia Hill

Chief Human Resources Office

Olivia Hill was appointed to the role of Chief HR Officer in November 2014. She has worked for AAT since 2008 and is responsible for our Reward and Benefits strategy, Training and Development, Employee Engagement and Recruitment and Retention.
