AAT makes shortlist for 2019 Women in Finance awards

AAT has been shortlisted in the Employer of the Year category at the 2019 Women in Finance Awards.
The awards, which celebrate individuals and organisations leading the way for change and creating new possibilities for equal representation at all levels, shortlisted AAT as a result of its impressive track record in promoting diversity and its focus on gender equality. Among the eight companies shortlisted in the Employer of the Year category are organisations including PwC, Aviva Investors, LV= and RBS.
The shortlisting follows several initiatives AAT has undertaken in recent years. The organisation was the first accountancy body to sign the Women in Finance Charter back in November 2016, before signing the Tech Talent Charter earlier this year. In addition, AAT introduced an internship programme in 2018 which it is again running this summer, and promotes flexible working among its workforce.
The winners will be announced in a ceremony to be held at Grosvenor House, London on 26 June 2019.
