  2. For an unknown period up until on or around 27 September 2023, he failed to apply adequate critical assessments prior to onboarding new clients as per AAT’s Client Care Policy.
  3. For an unknown period up until on or around 27 September 2023, he failed to document considerations made in relation to the Charity Commission requirements for independent examinations.
  4. From 31 July 2018 to 31 July 2022, he failed to maintain the required level of professional indemnity insurance as set out in AAT’s Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy.

Finding

By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Christopher Pheasey is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association

  2. Severely Reprimanded for a period of two years
