Misconduct
- He pleaded guilty to – and was convicted of – driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit contrary to section 5A(1)(a) and (2) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
- He failed to disclose the conviction to AAT within 30 days, in contravention of paragraph 5.12 of AAT’s Criminal Convictions Policy.
Finding
By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Liam Tomlinson is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.
Order
The Investigation Team orders that Liam Tomlinson is:
- Reprimanded for a period of two years.
Consent
The decision of the Investigations Team shall stand as an Order of the Association pursuant to Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
