- On or around 30 July 2026, at Hastings Magistrates’ Court, she was convicted of driving a motor vehicle on a road or other public place while the proportion of a specified controlled drug in her blood exceeded the specified limit, contrary to Section 5A of the Road Traffic Act 1988.

By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegation above, Lucia Wingrove is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.
