He made exaggerated claims to the public by associating Bruno Mani Ltd as being regulated by AAT, without holding an appropriate practising licence.
Allegation 2
For an unknown period, he made exaggerated claims to the public around the qualifications he possessed by promoting himself as having achieved the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting qualification in September 2023, when he had not.
Finding
By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Mandiangu Bruno Mani is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.
Order
The Investigation Team orders that Mandiangu Bruno be:
1. Fined £1,000
2. Reprimanded for a period of 2 years
Consent
The decision of the Investigations Team shall stand as an Order of the Association pursuant to Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
