  2. On his AAT membership renewal, he failed to disclose a criminal offence that was not spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  3. On his AAT Licensed Accountant application, he failed to disclose a criminal offence that was not spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  4. His conduct in respect of Allegations 1-3 was misleading.

Finding

By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Michael Hodson is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.

Order

  1. Reprimanded. The reprimand is to remain live on his record for two years.

Consent

The decision of the Investigations Team shall stand as an Order of the Association pursuant to Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
