On or around 02 August 2021, while a professional member of AAT, he misrepresented his circumstances on the licensed member application form he submitted by failing to answer correctly “yes” to the statement “I have been convicted of a criminal offence which is not spent under The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act” when mandated to do so on the application.

Finding

Grounds for disciplinary action existed and the matter was suitable for exercise of the Investigations team's powers under the Disciplinary Regulations.

Order

  1. Reprimand for a period of three years
  2. Warning over future conduct.

Consent

Monir Limer is deemed to have agreed to submit to the decision of the Investigations Team, in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
