Between on or around 12 May 2014 and on or around 25 February 2022, whilst a full                                             member of AAT, you provided self-employed accountancy or bookkeeping services to the public without being registered or licensed to do so or approved as being exempt from holding a licence.

Finding

Grounds for disciplinary action existed and the matter was suitable for exercise of the Investigations team's powers under the Disciplinary Regulations.

Order

1. Expelled from AAT membership for a minimum period of 5 years. 

2. Fined £2,000, plus backdated fees, to be received 30 days from the date you are invoiced. 

3. Warned that any application made to reinstate your AAT licence will be subject to practice assurance monitoring at this own expense. 

4. Warned that any application made to reinstate your AAT licence will be subject to a fit and proper assessment.

Mrs Doyle has deemed to have agreed to submit to the decision of the Investigations Team in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
