- Her firm Diamond Accounts Bookkeeping & Payroll Limited acted as a trust or company service provider (TCSP) without being licensed by AAT or registered with HMRC as a relevant person to do so contrary to Regulation 54 of The Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017(MLR17).
- She provided personal tax services to the public without being licensed or approved to provide such services by AAT.
Finding
By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Rebecca Hendra is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.
Order
Rebecca Hendra is hereby:
- Severely Reprimanded for a period of two years
- Fined £2,000
- She must provide an undertaking that she will cease to provide TCSP and personal tax services and that she will remove any promotion of these services from her website as part of the Order if she wishes to remain a AATQB and hold a bookkeeping licence.
