Disciplinary outcome: Tamara Harrison

1. On or around 11 December 2024, Tamara Harrison & Co Ltd became subject to a corporate insolvency, and she failed to notify AAT in writing within 30 days of that event, as required by paragraph 5.9 of AAT’s Insolvency Policy.
2. She failed to disclose the corporate insolvency referred to in Allegation 1 when completing her AAT membership renewal for 2025, thereby providing information to AAT that was inaccurate and/or misleading.
3. She stated in her AAT membership renewal for 2026 that Tamara Harrison & Co Ltd became insolvent on 01 February 2026. This was inconsistent with the corporate insolvency referred to in Allegation 1 and resulted in inaccurate and/or misleading information being provided to AAT. 

By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Tamara Harrison is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association.

1. Severely reprimanded for a period of three years. 
2. Fined £4,000.00.
3. Deemed ineligible to hold fellow member (FMAAT) status for a period of three years.
4. Warned about her future conduct.

The decision of the Investigations Team shall stand as an Order of the Association pursuant to Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
