  2. She provided self-employed accountancy and or bookkeeping services and/or related services to the public without being registered with a supervisory authority for the purposes of Anti- Money Laundering as required by the Money Laundering Regulations.
  3. She failed to disclose her criminal conviction in accordance with AAT’s Criminal Conviction Policy.

Finding

By reason of the conduct set out in the Allegations above, Tanya Hammond is guilty of misconduct pursuant to Article 21 of AAT’s Articles of Association. 

Order

Tanya Hammond is hereby:

  1. Severely reprimanded for a period of three years
  2. Fined £2,500

Consent

The decision of the Investigations Team shall stand as an Order of the Association pursuant to Regulations 5.2 and 5.3 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
