AAT Advanced Award in GCC Value Added Tax

This qualification will be available, in Bahrain and the UAE, from January 2019.

How long will the qualification take?

This qualification will usually take around six to 12 weeks to complete, but this will depend on study method and course timetable. 

What you'll learn

This qualification will provide the essential skills and knowledge needed to ensure compliance with the new VAT requirements. It delivers a solid foundation in the administration of VAT across business, covering areas such as why VAT is relevant to business, how to interact with tax authorities, and how to calculate VAT.

Training provider fees £700–£2,000

Paid to training provider. These fees vary widely depending on:

  • Classroom-based or distance learning
  • Amount of study materials and support provided

These fees include AAT registration and assessment fees.
