Study support can include tutor guidance and feedback, course materials and online resources:
- Tutor support
Students will have an expert tutor to offer academic guidance and advice, provide feedback on their coursework, and lead group tutorials. Even if you are studying via distance learning there should be a degree of learning support provided by a tutor and/or course advisor. It’s likely there will be some form of marking and feedback given during your studies as you progress.
- Course materials
Training providers should provide a range of study materials to help you achieve study success. These will vary according to each provider, but distance learning packages usually include textbooks and other hard-copy materials such as a study aid.
- Online resources
These will depend on the training provider, but typically the package will include online interactive resources - these are likely to include interactive tasks and exercises.
