Important update: AAT qualifications in Botswana
AAT has announced that it will withdraw its qualifications in Botswana through a planned transition ending in March 2028. Existing students can continue their studies and there is no immediate impact on qualifications already achieved. This page explains the key dates, what the changes mean for different audiences, and the support available throughout the transition.

AAT Lifelong Learning Portal
The AAT Lifelong Learning Portal gives you access to practice assessments, Green Light tests, and other E-learning study resources for each module. A link to it is always at the top of the left-hand menu when you're logged in.
These videos guide you through key Learning Portal tasks, like finding resources, adding a personal learning goal, adding a due date, and adding a learning activity.
If you're studying the Management Accounting Techniques (MATS) unit on the Level 3 Diploma in Accounting, you'll need to check your device meets the specific system requirements.
Technical issues with online services
If you can't access a service on the AAT website, or you get error messages or the content isn't displaying as expected, please take a screenshot of any error messages and email this to our Customer Support team.
We may need up to five working days to reply to your email, or up to 10 working days during busy periods. Please allow enough time if you're preparing for a live assessment.
Forgotten your ATLAS Cloud password? Reset it through aat.psionline.com. Always check your login details ahead of all live assessments.

Once your assessment is scheduled, you'll receive an email from PSI Online to register on ATLAS Cloud. Follow the instructions and register before attending the assessment centre. Your AAT ID number is your username.
If you experience issues during your assessment, please inform the invigilator so they can raise an incident report with AAT.

Assessment results
The Assessment results release dates page tells you the result release date for any assessment you're sitting.
If you're unhappy with your results you can follow our enquiries and appeals process. You'll need to submit your enquiry within 10 business days of the publication of your results.
